BTC is aware that a new telephone system is not always necessary. Updated software and hardware, or adding digital lines to an existing system can sometimes solve problems and also save money for the consumer. Before any work is done, an evaluation and consultation package is prepared to meet your requirements and future needs. All wiring is certified for quality installation.
Before your new system is delivered to your office:
All systems sold are tested in our office prior to delivering them to insure that the quality, ease of
use, and dependability is as we promised and expected. We customize your telephone system to your exact specifications. It comes to your office ready to be plugged into the jacks, thereby reducing the amount of time that we're in your office. Business Tech Communications even types in each and every employee's name next to the appropriate button, and we take the time to record your voice mail greetings to your specifications.
Professional Technicians
Technicians now complete a five-year apprenticeship program through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) with continuing schooling and training. They are certified on all systems that we install and service, subcontractors are not used. All concerns are resolved immediately for a smooth transition into the new or updated systems.
