Our guarantee
Every new telephone system we sell is backed by a 1 (one) year warranty on parts and
labor. Outside of an act of God, if something
in the system we've sold you fails to work as promised, we'll replace that
component free for a full year. Period. And we don't stop there...
Maintenance Agreement Options*
Once the original warranty expires, we offer not just one option, but a range of 1 year extended maintenance programs. You select the one that best suits your risk level and budget:
Platinum
Our most popular option. At this level, our customer's telephone system, including voice mail systems, are covered for one full year for parts and labor.
Gold
A Gold level entitles clients to pay for the labor involved in replacing parts and components that have failed. The components are replaced at no cost to you. You only incur a labor charge and never a charge for replacement parts.
Silver
Our Silver coverage offers assurance that no single service call ever exceends $500.00. This program includes labor and electronic components. We developed this program for clients who want some coverage but are willing to operate with some risk yet save some maintenance money.
